If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery via Call or WhatsApp at +91-85271 93271. Please include clear images of the issue. Claims without images will not be accepted.
For any claims regarding missing items, a 360ยฐ unboxing video (from seal break to full unpacking) is mandatory. No claims will be accepted without the video.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are only provided if the product is out of stock or the order is canceled by Fabo Naturals. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
