Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel, please contact us via:

We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund (if applicable) within 3–5 business days.
Cancellation After Shipping
Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Prepaid Order Cancellations
If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Due to Delivery Failure
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or other reasons beyond our control, the order will be automatically cancelled and the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
