Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or other reasons beyond our control, the order will be automatically cancelled and the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
